hands-on, practical approach to marketing tabletop games

Listening is good. Practicing is better.

These sessions are built to help board game creators think differently about how they present and market their games and actually apply it on the spot.

Instead of sitting through a lecture, participants work through their own projects in real time: refining their message, clarifying what makes their game special, and shaping how it connects with the right audience – the Superfan.

A core part of the session is live workshopping. Ori will challenge participants with questions, dig into their projects, and problem-solve in the moment – so the group can go deeper together.

As one project is unpacked, the entire room learns how to apply the same thinking to their own.
It’s a hands-on process of testing, refining, and improving. By the end of the session, participants leave with something tagible that’s already working.
