Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Crowdfunding Duckademy
1. Scope and Validity
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the contractual relationship between Ori Kagan (“Kagan Productions”) and the participant (“Participant”). By enrolling in Crowdfunding Duckademy (“Program”), the Participant agrees to these terms in full.
1.2. The Program is designed to provide Participants with strategies and frameworks to enhance their crowdfunding campaigns. However, Kagan Productions does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
2. Program Structure and Content
2.1. The Program consists of rolling weekly sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The 2026 sessions will begin on 3rd February and will be held every Tuesday at 3 PM EST via Zoom.
2.2. Each session will be recorded, and recordings will be made available to Participants within 24 hours. Additional resources such as slideshows, a Kickstarter timeline, and a superfan avatar sheet will also be provided.
2.3. Interactions will also take place via a dedicated Slack group.
2.4. If a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, Kagan Productions will reschedule the session to ensure a total of 12 sessions are delivered.
2.4.1 Notice for Cancellations or Rescheduling:
Kagan Productions will provide Participants with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling a session, except in cases of emergency or force majeure. Participants will be notified via the email address provided at registration and through the Slack group. If a session is canceled or rescheduled, Kagan Productions will make reasonable efforts to agree on a new date and time that suits the majority of Participants.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1. The total cost of the Program is either $249 USD month-to-month, $229 per month for a three month subscription (Total $687 USD) or $199 per month for a six month subscription (Total $1194 USD).
3.2. Payments must be made in US dollars and in full or according to the agreed-upon payment plan to participate in the Program.
3.3. If a Participant opts out within the first 30 days, a full refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued after this period, unless the entire Program is canceled.

6. Participant Conduct
6.1. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and actively participate in the Program. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, inappropriate language, or disrespect toward others, will not be tolerated.
6.2. Participants who disrupt the group dynamic will receive one warning. If the behavior persists, they will be removed from the Program and fully refunded, regardless of the 30-day refund policy.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. Kagan Productions is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
